ParentReach is a Smart Payphone and digital communication service.
1. Nature of Service
ParentReach primarily provides digital and telecommunications-enabled services. Online payments may be used to purchase a recharge, prepaid balance, subscription or service pack associated with a ParentReach account or Smart Card.
2. Digital Service Delivery
After successful payment confirmation and transaction verification, the applicable recharge, balance or service pack will normally be electronically credited to the relevant ParentReach account. No physical shipment is required for digital recharge or service pack transactions.
3. Activation Time
Most successful digital recharge and service pack transactions are intended to be processed automatically after successful payment verification. Activation may be delayed due to payment confirmation delays, banking issues, network connectivity, server maintenance or technical problems.
4. Smart Cards and Physical Items
Where a Smart Card or other physical item is supplied, delivery may be coordinated through the participating school, college, hostel, institution or an authorised ParentReach representative.
5. Physical Shipping
ParentReach does not ordinarily provide courier shipping for digital recharge or service pack purchases. If physical shipping is specifically offered, applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery details will be communicated before or during order confirmation.
6. Incorrect Service Delivery
If a successfully paid recharge or service pack is not credited to the intended account, users should contact ParentReach support with payment and account details. ParentReach will verify the transaction and take appropriate corrective action.
7. Institution-Based Service Availability
Smart Payphone access is available only at participating locations where ParentReach devices and services have been installed and activated. Availability of a ParentReach account or service pack does not guarantee availability of a Smart Payphone device at every location.
