3. Student Information
Student information may be associated with a Smart Card and authorised contact numbers. Institutions, parents, guardians or authorised parties providing information to ParentReach are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority or consent to provide such information.

ParentReach does not record the audio content of telephone conversations unless a separate feature is expressly disclosed and lawfully enabled.
5. Payments and Razorpay
ParentReach uses Razorpay as a third-party payment service provider for processing online payments, recharges and service pack purchases. Payment information may be processed directly by Razorpay and relevant payment participants.
ParentReach does not directly store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or internet banking passwords.
We may receive and store payment ID, order ID, transaction amount, payment status, payment date and time, payment method category, recharge reference and service pack reference. This information may be used to verify payments, activate services, update balances, process eligible refunds, reconcile accounts and resolve payment disputes.
